Return & Refund Policy

As a small business, we do our very best to accommodate returns, though there may be times we can’t for reasons we hope you’ll find fair and transparent. What we can promise is to always treat you with honesty and care.

Every OYO order matters to us, and we want you to feel confident knowing exactly how we handle returns, refunds, and warranties—so both your skin and your trust are always respected.

IPL Devices

  • Unopened: Returns are welcome within 30 days. You can choose a cash refund (minus shipping and duties) or store credit for the full amount. Refunds are issued once the device has been received and inspected.
  • Opened & Defective: If your IPL isn’t working properly, let us know within 30 days of receiving it. Defects include issues like the device not turning on, flashes not working, or electrical malfunctions. Damage from accidents or misuse (like dropping the device) isn’t covered. We’ll send you a replacement.
  • Opened & Don’t Love It: We can’t accept returns on opened IPLs for change of mind. The only exception is our 90-Day Results Guarantee: if you’ve used your device once a week for at least 10 weeks and don’t see results, you may request a refund. To qualify, your request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery and show consistent use. Claims outside this window aren’t eligible.

90-Day Results Guarantee

The Intimate IPL Routine needs time to work. That’s why our guarantee only applies after at least 10 weeks of consistent, once-a-week use. If, after 10 weeks of once-a-week treatments, you’re not seeing a visible reduction in hair growth, contact us at info@oyoskincare.com. Requests must be made within 90 days of your delivery date to qualify. We’ll always do our best to make it right if you contact us on time.

We’ll ask for:

  • A short note on your usage
  • If you feel comfortable sharing, we’d love to see your before and after photos. They help us learn and make our products even better. No stress if you’d rather not—we totally get it.

If you’ve followed the routine and still don’t see results, we’ll give you a full refund in store credit.

⚠️ Please note:

  • Refunds won’t be issued for inconsistent use, misuse, or claims made after 90 days
  • You won’t need to return your IPL device (we can’t resell used devices for hygiene reasons)
  • Mild redness can be a normal part of IPL use. Since everyone’s skin is unique, please follow the routine as instructed and consider checking with your dermatologist before starting. If you experience any unusual or concerning reactions, pause use right away and consult a dermatologist for guidance.

Warranty

All OYO IPL devices are covered by a 1 year limited warranty. If your device has a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it. Proof of purchase is required to start a claim.

  • Opened & Don’t Love It: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns once a product has been opened. But if it isn’t working for you, we’ve got you covered—just tell us why, and choose your refund option:
    • Store Credit: Full refund
    • Cash Refund: Refund minus shipping and duties
